We are looking for a  project-based Monday.com Implementation Specialist  to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the setup, customization, and optimization of Monday.com for our teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands workflow design, project management, and platform automation, and can translate business needs into efficient, scalable Monday.com solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams to understand operational needs, pain points, and workflow requirements.
• Design, build, and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
• Implement best practices to improve project visibility, task tracking, and process efficiency.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for users across different departments.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the Monday.com environment.
• Document workflows, SOPs, and implementation processes.
• Evaluate and recommend additional features or integrations to improve productivity.
