VirtueStaff is seeking a highly organized and financially astute Executive Assistant to provide essential support for our client focused on financial tracking, reporting, and client management. The ideal candidate will combine traditional executive assistant support (inbox and calendar management) with a strong financial background, specifically managing financial metrics using QuickBooks and spreadsheets. The more experience the candidate has with QuickBooks, the more comprehensive their role will be.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective client outreach
- Execute crucial financial administration tasks, including the tracking and reporting of financial metrics using both QuickBooks and detailed spreadsheet management
- Oversee the process for client subscription renewals, ensuring timely follow-up and retention
- Provide essential inbox and calendar management, prioritizing communications and maintaining the executive's schedule
Requirements
