Job descriptionManagement & Statutory Reporting Accrual Accounting Treasury, Banking & Legal Administration Ensure timely and accurate reporting under US / PH GAAP and IFRS Coordinate with Shared Services and internal / external stakeholders Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports Lead statutory audits and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines Review and approve non-PO invoices, reimbursements, and cash advances under Php50k Administer intercompany loans and agreements Prepare cash forecasts and conduct variance analyses Analyze foreign exchange impact (realized and unrealized) Oversee fixed asset counts and petty cash control Supervise and mentor a team of 3 finance professionals Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement Drive team performance and development goals Ensure compliance with corporate integrity standards and internal policies Uphold quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) practices Participate in risk assessments, incident reporting, and process audits Bachelors degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role Background in a large, multinational corporate environment High ethical standards and strong attention to detail Strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Broad experience in accounting operations, audit, and compliance
