We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Work-From-Home Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering cash loans and personal loans to prospective clients, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit assessment, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
