Job descriptionProvide legal advice and support on a wide range of business matters within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify potential legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized legal matters, as needed. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to guide the organization appropriately. Support the organization in handling disputes, litigation, and other legal proceedings. Ensure all business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive legal solutions. 10 years of experience in Post-Qualification Experience. Experience in providing legal counsel within the renewable or construction industry. Strong background working on top tier corporate law firm. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
