Role Overview
The Multimedia Specialist will serve as the primary digital content and social media manager for the client's City Classic & Rental brand. This role combines content creation, AI-assisted media production, digital campaign execution, community management, and performance reporting across SMM, website content, and GoHighLevel automation or content components.
You will oversee the brand’s online presence across social media platforms, website updates, and GHL content setup, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality output.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on the rental and restoration segments of the brand.
Produce weekly / monthly content plans and maintain a structured content calendar.
Use AI tools to generate, personalize, and optimize :
Social media posts
Graphics and branded visuals
Short-form videos
Captions and ad copy
Content Creation & Multimedia Production
Create high-quality static graphics, short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia materials.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging bite-sized formats using AI and editing tools.
Ensure all media produced is aligned with brand guidelines.
Platform Execution & Management
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization across SMM platforms.
Update website visuals or content as needed (basic CMS management).
Support GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks such as uploading media, updating funnels / pages content, and ensuring brand consistency.
Analytics, Engagement & Reporting
Monitor analytics across social media and website performance; identify trends.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, inquiries, and messages to build an active online community.
Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations to increase engagement and conversions.
Submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) summaries and maintain task tracking through Trello.
Internal Communication & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with internal teams for approvals, campaign planning, and content direction.
Ensure messaging across all digital touchpoints aligns with the brand identity and goals.
Requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and / or multimedia content creation .
Strong proficiency with AI creative tools , such as :
ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, or similar.
Skilled in : Graphic design
Short-form video editing
Caption writing
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Platform Insights).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain consistency.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Experience with Trello , GoHighLevel , or CMS / website content management is a plus.
