Overview

Job Description

• Achieve monthly GMV targets across Shopify and marketplaces
• Oversee all product listings, ensuring complete and accurate content (images, pricing, specs, tags)
• Plan and execute online promotions, syncing with retail and marketing calendars
• Monitor fulfillment performance (processing, shipping, returns) with 3PL and internal teams
• Track customer satisfaction through NPS, reviews, and complaint resolution
• Analyze platform performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements
• Align with demand planning to forecast stock needs and avoid overselling
• Maintain platform compliance, UI consistency, and timely updates

Qualifications

Experience : 3+ years in e-commerce or digital retail; must have managed end-to-end platforms like Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee

Technical Proficiency : Shopify backend, marketplace seller centers, Excel / Sheets, basic reporting
