Branch Manager- 2 yrs Experience- Mandaluyong

Requirements :

1.1 Must be a College Graduate

2.1 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty / cosmetics /

aesthetic field

3.1 Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.

4.1 Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing

teams.

5.1 Excellent organizational and communication skills

6.1 Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry

2. Duties and Responsibilities

1.1 Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer

booking, staff scheduling.

1.2 Achieve monthly sales target

1.3 Utilize operating expense

1.4 Monitors Branch’s budget and stock availability

1.5 Conducts employee evaluation

1.6 Make stock request twice a month

1.7 Stock delivery and inventory management

1.8 Business compliance, govt mandatory mall policy and guidelines

1.9 Conducts monthly alignment meeting with consultant and resident doctors

1.10 Conducts weekly alignment meeting with branch’s staff

1.11 GAP analysis for not hitting the target

1.12 Monthly competitive reports, services promos, price survey, etc.

1.13 Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation

in training process.

1.14 Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise

1.15 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.

Salary Range

Php 25,000- 30,000 salary
