KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide financial support for supply chain functions (procurement, warehousing, transport, inventory).
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
Work with Supply Chain leaders to improve cost efficiency and margins.
Track and report logistics and inventory KPIs (e.g., stock accuracy, shrinkage, delivery costs).
Review capital spending proposals and ensure ROI.
Support contract negotiations with suppliers and logistics providers.
Improve financial processes, reporting, and controls.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOX, and audits.
Partner with Commercial and Operations teams on cost-to-serve and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial finance, with a focus on supply chain or operations finance in a retail, FMCG, logistics, or warehousing company (must have logistics / warehouse experience).
Strong business partnering and communication skills.
Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
High integrity, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ARRANGEMENT :
Monday to Friday (On-site)
8am-6 : 30pm, 9am-7 : 30pm, or 10am-8 : 30pm
Located at Bagumbayan Libis QC, near Eastwood.
