This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Manitoba, Canada — Includes 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Responsibilities :
1. Generate invoices and process credits
2. Submit invoices into customer portals
3. Set up customer credit accounts
4. Review reports within NetSuite
5. Generate monthly listing of sales to declare to AR insurance
6. Various month-end reconciliations, including :
7. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to foster good customer relationships.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
9. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance teams as needed.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
