Position : Accounting Trainer

Work Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : Php 40,000 - Php 45,000

Work Set-up : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing

At least 1 years of experience in training, education, or team development.

Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develops and delivers training programs to help individuals and teams improve their accounting skills and knowledge.

Create and lead training sessions on accounting principles, company-specific processes, and software tools.

Assist in onboarding new hires by providing them with essential accounting training.

Educate staff on internal controls, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

Guide and mentor junior staff members to develop their accounting careers.
