Quality Assurance Supervisor

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm

‎Job Description :

• ‎Manage overall quality control of the manufacturing process.

‎- Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels, and sticker production.

‎- Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.

‎- Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and labels meet company and client expectations.

‎- Conduct investigations on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide corrective actions.

‎- Direct and monitor activities of Quality Control staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products.

‎- ‎Ensure that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.

‎- Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.
