About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that insurance product enhancements, process improvements, and system implementations are effectively designed, tested, and deployed into our core insurance system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of insurance operations and product structures (life, non-life, or health) and experience in end-to-end system implementation—from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

Business & Product Analysis

• Collaborate with business users to understand product requirements, system limitations, and business objectives
• Conduct detailed gap analysis between business needs and current system functionalities
• Document and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance product offerings and system capabilities
