Manager - Business Intelligence & Performance Analytics
This is not a routine reporting role. As Manager – Business Intelligence & Performance Analytics at The Medical City, you will serve as the CEO’s on-the-ground intelligence partner—translating data into insight, and insight into action.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership to monitor performance across hospitals, clinics, and ancillary businesses. From dashboards to deep-dive analyses, you’ll help identify risks early, quantify opportunities, and support high-stakes decisions with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Monitor daily and weekly data feeds across hospitals, clinics, and ancillary businesses.
- Track progress on ongoing improvement initiatives; report bottlenecks and slippages.
- Maintain a “CEO Performance Dashboard” integrating financial, clinical, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct analytical projects & efficiency reviews.
- Work with the Chief of Staff to design and execute deep-dive analyses on problem areas (e.g., length of stay, cost overruns, patient throughput, staffing ratios).
- Support process‑improvement and margin‑expansion projects with real data and models.
- Prepare “quick insight memos” that distill findings into clear next actions.
- Help quantify ROI for major initiatives, capital expenditures, and operational reforms.
Data Integration & Reporting
Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure data consistency across SAP and Tableau platforms.Manage KPI definitions and data hygiene in coordination with the BI / IT team.Create automated Tableau dashboards and templates for leadership use.Develop light statistical analyses to detect trends and outliers (e.g., regression, variance analysis).Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with unit heads, controllers, and department leads to improve data reliability and foster collaboration.Serve as a non-threatening liaison who can extract honest operational insights from front-line leaders.Present findings clearly and calmly to executives, adapting language depending on audience.Special Assignments
Join the Chief of Staff on business-unit visits, performance reviews, or due diligence exercises.Support the CEO in preparing internal reports, board decks, and management presentations.Be available for high-priority or time-sensitive analyses as directed by the CEO’s office.Who You Are
A Filipino national in your late 20s to early 30s.Has 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, strategy, or operations analytics—ideally from large conglomerates, consulting firms, or healthcare / retail / FMCG.Proficient in Excel modeling, PowerPoint storytelling , and BI platforms (Tableau preferred; SAP a plus).Strong understanding of financial statements and operational KPIs .Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to executives and adapting language to different audiences.Curious, fast-learning, and resilient—able to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.Trusted by peers and leaders—confident but non-threatening, with high emotional intelligence.Treats confidentiality and discretion as non-negotiable.Reporting Relationships
