DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely payments to employees
Responsible in the computation and release of final pay checks and documents
Review and recommend payroll system changes and system upgrades to streamline the payroll process
Ensure timely enrollment and posting of new employees and corresponding Employee and Employer’s contributions to avoid penalties
Assist employees with government loan applications, claims and reimbursements as part of employee services
Conduct regular review and update of any changes in the law and / or guidelines that can impact employee compensation and benefits
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :
Understands the principles and framework on human resources management & development
Can manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration of government-mandated benefits
Familiar with labor law provisions which has impact on Total Rewards
Abreast with recent trends in Total Rewards
Capable of communicating across the organization
Can apply critical and creative thinking
Able to negotiate
REQUIREMENTS :
Graduate of any bachelor's degree
Has at least 2 years of experience in payroll and compensation and benefits
Flexible, has keen attention to details, and trustworthy
Must be willing to travel and do field work on a per needed basis
Willing to report onsite in Makati City
