About the role :

As a Warehouse Manager at Landlite Philippines Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring efficient and effective storage, inventory management, and distribution of products.

What you'll be doing

Manages and coordinates all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Oversees inventory control, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Optimizes warehouse layout and processes to maximizes efficiency and productivity.

Develops and implements safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Manages and mentors a team of warehouse personnel, providing training and development opportunities.

Collaborates with other departments, such as sales, concession, and importation to align operations and meet customer demands.

Analyzes data and generates reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Ensures the proper and correct implementation and use of Warehouse Management System.

What we're looking for :

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role in the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry.

Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the use of Warehouse Management Systems e.g. Netsuit, SAP is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
