Customer Experience Specialist - Cebu

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor brand performance.
• Represent assigned brands and ensure compliance with online selling policies.
• Maintain high performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Handle customer inquiries and order issues by coordinating with internal teams (Supplier Management, Listings, Inventory, Pricing, Warehouse).
• Manage order updates, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and delay notifications.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for lost or defective product claims.
• Build customer trust and positive feedback.
• Update internal tracking tools and spreadsheets.
• Support the Customer Service Manager, manage special projects, and act as point of contact when needed.

Essential Requirements :
