The Hotel Pastry Chef is responsible for creating and overseeing the production of desserts, pastries, cakes and other baked goods for the hotel's restaurant and catering events. The Pastry Chef must have a passion for baking and creativity in designing desserts that meet the standards of the hotel's clientele. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of pastry cooks and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
