Job Summary

The position is responsible for leading and managing the branch's efficient daily operation. The main objective of this post is the achievement of sales targets, increasing sales drivers, and efficiently and effectively delivering the service culture to its clients.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Required : Experience - Candidates must have experience from the Retail, Hotel, and Aesthetic Industry as a Branch Manager.

Basic Salary : 35k plus commission and good perks (to be discussed during the interview).

Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably medical or business-related courses.

With a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling store / branch management, particularly in the Wellness & Grooming industry.

Highly organized and must be able to motivate the team, assess situations quickly, and solve problems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work both independently and as a team player.

Working Details

Working location : Makati City, San Juan, and Quezon City.

Working Location : SM City Cebu.

Working schedule : Monday to Saturday.

Working time : Mall time 9am-6pm / 10am to 7pm.
