Job descriptionOversee the end-to-end recruitment process : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are followed consistently. Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Salary : 40,000 - 65,000
Required Experience :
- At least 5 years of experience in the RECRUITMENT task (Including the end-to-end process from recruitment to employee separation)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with psychological assessments (such as aptitude, personality, and intelligence tests)
- Registered Psychometrician is preferred.
