Construction Warehouseman

Job Summary : We are looking for a dependable and organized Construction Warehouseman to support our construction operations by managing tools, equipment, and materials in the warehouse and yard. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management to keep job sites running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Organize and maintain warehouse and yard areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Track inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or overstock.
• Prepare and stage materials for delivery to job sites according to project schedules.
• Load and unload materials manually or with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials, especially hazardous or perishable items.
• Maintain records of warehouse transactions including deliveries, returns, and damaged goods.
• Issue tools, equipment, and materials to site crews and track their usage and return.
• Perform regular inventory audits and support physical inventory counts.
• Maintain safety standards in the warehouse, ensuring proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Assist with minor maintenance of tools and equipment or coordinate repairs as needed.
