Team Lead - WFM MIS / RTA

Start Date : ASAP

Work Arrangement : 100% Onsite in Cebu City

Shift Schedule : US Business hours

Role Requirements :

Must be a Bachelor's Graduate

5 to 7 years of WFM experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role in BPO

Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

Report and dashboards creation

Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.

WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM, etc.)

RTA / MIS Experience is advantageous.
