Job descriptionAt least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another Can handle 5 products or more. Willing to be trained. Development, implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategy. Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly. Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being Liaise with the societies of the products being handled Actively coordinates and guides sales teams on product communication and sales plans to Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions. Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning Ensures proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, tactical which includes Actively works across different functions to ensure all-the time availability of products in all Excellent communication skills. Flexible and pleasing personality. Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel & Power point. Multi-media digital artistry is truly an advantage. Team player. Amenable to work onsite from Mondays-Fridays in Las Pinas City. Expected to lead customer segment-focused company events, conferences and gatherings Amenable to work onsite from Mondays-Fridays in Las Pinas City Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines on short notice. Must possess ability to work successfully with teams in different departments and locations, Capable of taking on and delivering project deliverables and results with minimal supervision. Willing to conduct field work.
PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
- Four-year degree in any Business, Marketing or Medical Course.
- Experience in product management is a MUST!
- Genuine interest in product management is also a MUST!
- At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation.
- Excellent in marketing, analytical, problem-solving skills, problem solving, time management,
and interpersonal skills.
