Job Responsibilities :

✨ Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities locally and internationally.

✨Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

✨Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for potential customers.

✨Drive revenue growth by generating leads, developing pipelines, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

✨Monitor sales metrics and produce performance and forecast reports.

✨Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning aligned with company goals.

✨Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

✨Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.

✨Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.

✨Review contracts, quotations, and commercial agreements with legal and finance teams.

✨Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and suppliers as needed.

Job Requirements :

✨Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field

✨At least 1-2 years’ experience in business development, account management is an advantage

✨With experience in Manufacturing, industrial or B2B industry is a plus

✨Amenable to attend interviews

✨Can start as soon as possible
