Amendable to work as soon as possible. Digitalizing legacy processes revisiting client experience and reducing cost. Operating Model transformation or new operating model implementation. Monitoring, Analysis and reporting technology. Hold in-depth consultation with clients. Producing strategy report to develop customized financial plans.
