Qualifications - Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience
At least 1 year IT Help Desk experience (problem tracking, phone / voicemail consulting, etc.)
Exposure to application setup, configuration, and maintenance
Experience dealing and communicating with end users
Skills
Fluent in German and English
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Strong verbal and written communication
Organized, able to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Windows-based operations
Knowledgeable in MS Office, SQL Database, Windows OS
Thai or Portuguese language skills are a plus

Work Setup
24 / 7 shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities Help Desk Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office, Windows OS, and typical desktop applications
Basic troubleshooting of PC and network issues
Provide support via phone, email, remote access, or onsite
Use knowledge bases and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues
Follow SOPs and comply with defined SLAs
Administrative
Close tickets promptly once resolved
Maintain daily monitoring logs of deliverables
Prepare and submit required reports
Teamwork
Adjust schedule to support 24 / 7 operations
Ensure proper turnover to the next support team member
Learning & Development
Continuously improve knowledge of business processes and IT systems
Stay updated on new technologies, changes, and system updates
