Head of Human Resources
Main Responsibility :
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the full range
of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management,
employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration.
The role ensures HR programs and systems align with company objectives,
labor regulations, and life insurance industry standards. The HR Manager
plays a strategic role in developing an engaged, compliant, and highperforming
organization.
MALE
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, or related field.
At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial
capacity preferably in life insurance or financial services is REQUIRED
Hands-on experience in payroll management and government compliance.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, compensation structures, and Insurance
Commission standards.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
