Job descriptionMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Prepare monthly financial reports and statements Manage payroll and staff reimbursements Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle BIR online filing and submissions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed Support administrative tasks related to financial operations Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (new graduates with strong internship experience Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Knowledge of BIR processes and online filing systems is a must Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently
