Job description :
- Responsible for conducting sales activities for hardware or software solutions and services
which include among others : prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing, and
implementing sales objectives and strategies, achieving assigned monthly sales quota and
extensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industry.
Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship thru regular client visits, attendingto sales call on a business-like manner and proper presentation of solutions to address the
needs of the clients / customers.

Identify and target potential customersProvide forecast of sales opportunitiesSustain good relationship with prospects and clientsConduct presentation to showcase the value of our productsCollaborate with the team to ensure sales target achievementQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES :
Degree in Engineering, Business Management / Administration or any business-related courseWith minimum 2 years or more extensive experience in sales / marketing management, productdevelopment
Proven track record in credit collection, meeting sales targets, developing distributionnetworks, and can work under extreme business pressure
Preferably with sales experience in the Engineering Industry, or knowledge in the BIM / CADSoftware Industry like Archidad / Autodesk Revit / Sketch up / Lumion
Skills and Desirable Traits :
Ability to establish and maintain wide network with customers in all industry; confidence toestablish a strong client-based relationship
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to exert noticeable impact in customerrelated affairs and decision making.
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skillsStrong initiative with excellent business orientation / with sound business judgmentBackground in sales / market analysis and product positioningStrong corporate image and sales personality, high professionalism in dealing with customersAbility to deal with all types of people with perseverance and great deal of enthusiasm; abilityto work in a team environment
