Job descriptionOpen to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino. Bachelor’s degree holder. With at least 3–5 years of retail management experience. With experience in authorized retail stores or franchise operations is a big plus. With leadership knowledge or background. With experience in sales data and implementing actionable strategies. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising. Ensure stores adhere to company standards for layout, visual merchandising, and branding. Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned stores. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
