Job Description

• Supervise and lead the accounting department, providing direction and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in line with GAAP.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in coordination with other departments.
• Ensure efficient handling of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, maintain bank relationships, and manage company funds responsibly.
• Coordinate both internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Keep updated with the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
