Accounting and Finance Officer

Duties :

• Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets related to property management operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts for property-related expenses, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Tenant Billing and Lease Management : Oversee tenant billing, ensuring rent and other fees are billed correctly, and assist in lease management to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow for properties, ensuring that funds are available for operating expenses and that the cash position is consistently optimized.
• Property Tax and Compliance : Prepare and submit property tax filings, ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, and assist in the preparation for property audits.
