CPA Finance Supervisor (47646) - Binalonan, Pangasinan

Salary : 30,000 - 40,000

Required Experience :

・A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with a valid CPA license

・With a minimum of 2 years of related experience in supervisory or managerial roles in the same field.

・With relevant training and experience in handling accounting systems.

・Proficient in MS Office applications

・Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills.

・Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality.

・Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills

・Willing to relocate in Binalonan, Pangasinan (on-site)

Job Description :

・Plan, direct, and manage the activities of the Finance Department.

・Oversee complex accounting tasks such as disbursements, ledger reconciliation, and investigation / resolution of discrepancies.

・Manage the approved Operating Plan and Budget (OPB) through Program Review and Analysis (PRA), implementing approved budgets, realignments, and other budget-related matters.

・Supervise the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

・Implement rules, policies, strategies, and other requirements related to financial operations.

・Act as an Alternate Risk Officer representing management in identifying, assessing, and managing business and operational risks, and provide guidance in developing risk control measures and mitigation strategies.

・Monitor reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Insurance Commission, and PEZA.

・Maintain accounting systems and records.

・Analyze financial information and propose efficient utilization of resources and procedures.

・Provide strategic recommendations regarding business and financial matters and maintain solutions for problem resolution.

・Oversee the preparation and management of departmental budgets.

・Report issues and challenges to management in a timely manner.

・Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
