Responds to customer web queries regarding online merchandise or service orders
Ensure sending of responses to all customer queries in all e-com marketplaces in a timely manner
Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved before ending the conversation
Create a genuine connection with our customers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively
Coordinate with the Fulfillment team / Marketplace Administrator to address issue (if any)
Upsell product to customers via live chat. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggest various product options that are available.
Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information.
QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree holder
Very positive customer service attitude
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Resourceful and organized
With experience in relevant industry
Able to start work on a short notice
