- As a Data Management Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining the flow of critical component data through our client’s innovative marketplace platform. You’ll work with sophisticated inventory data from industry-leading manufacturers, transforming and standardizing information that drives millions of dollars in technology transactions. This position offers unique exposure to the global electronics supply chain while providing opportunities for growth as the company rapidly expands its operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the marketplace and contribute to the company’s ambitious scaling plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Transform and standardize complex component data from various manufacturer formats into structured, actionable informationProcess and validate detailed CSV / Excel files containing valuable inventory and component specificationsEnsure precise data entry and maintenance according to established quality control proceduresSupport the sales pipeline by managing and organizing crucial product informationCollaborate with the team to maintain data accuracy and consistency across platformsAssist in optimizing data management processes as the company scalesContribute to the company’s auction platform and API data preparationRequirements
Proven experience with Excel and CSV file manipulationStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to adapt to various data formats and standardization requirementsProfessional English communication skillsCapability to work US Eastern Time zone hoursExperience in data entry and information managementUnderstanding of data validation and quality control principlesMandarin language skills a plus but not requiredComfortable working remotely with established processesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data setsAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive manufacturer dataIndependent Contractor Perks :
