Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Service Efficiency

• Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program
• Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
• Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
• Undertake periodic inspection to HD / KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.
