Join our Seasonal Retail team and help customers during the busy retail period! We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who can deliver excellent service while assisting shoppers with orders, returns, and product inquiries.

Job Requirements

At least 6 months of customer service or retail experience (BPO or e-commerce experience preferred).

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.

Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

High school graduate or equivalent; college level or degree holder preferred.

Must be willing to work onsite or hybrid, depending on company policy.
