We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team supporting a global retail and e-commerce brand. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in both Spanish and English
• Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and general service concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate issues when necessary, following proper procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge at all times
