Role : IT Solutions Delivery Manager

Immediate Supervisor : AVP for IT and General Services

Direct Report : 8 headcounts : Business Systems Analysts (5) + Solution Architect (1)

Reason for Opening : New role, for expansion

Work arrangement : Full RTO, 5 days (Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday)

Working Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Timeline to Hire : Q4 2025

Compensation : Php 100,000 – 120,000 (can be flexible)

Recruitment Process :

ARC Interview and Technical Assessment

HR Interview via Google Meets (1.5 hour) – Crystal Zarate

Line Manager Interview via F2F OR virtual (1.5 hours)

Final Interview via F2F (3-4 hours) - comprehensive panel interview with the Director and Owners

Process timeline : 1-2 weeks for all levels

Industry Experience : FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution

Qualifications :

Knowledgeable in Solutions Architect design

FS development, system integration, software evaluation, technical documentation, cloud computing (AWS), operating system, IT security and controls, budgeting, IT infrastructure, and testing
