Work Arrangement : 90% Remote / 10% On-site (BGC, Taguig – once or twice per quarter)

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Must have no ongoing classes)

About the Role :

The Accounting and Admin Intern will support the finance and administrative operations of the company. This internship offers practical exposure to core accounting functions, compliance, and business administration, ideal for students aiming to gain hands-on professional experience.

Outstanding interns may be considered for full-time employment upon program completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management.
• Track and record expenses and revenues accurately.
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist in monthly closing activities.
• Assist in business permits registration and renewal processes.
• Prepare and review client contracts and related documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and related computations.
• Prepare financial reports and compliance summaries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
• Follow up candidate status with clients and assist in coordination.
• Collaborate with HR and Admin teams for operational support.
