Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post-contract management experience , preferably with a background in Middle East projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of ongoing construction projects.

Candidates must be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all post-contract activities , including variations, change orders, and final accounts.
• Review and analyze contract terms, scope of work, and project documentation.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost plans.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims, progress payments, and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and provide regular updates on project financial status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contract requirements.
