OVERVIEW
The client is a leading wholesale and distribution company specializing in automation, access control, and gate solutions across the Asia Pacific region. The company focuses on B2B distribution and partner-driven delivery, providing premium European automation brands for gates, doors, and related systems.
The Digital Marketing Brand Strategist will play a vital role that blends hands-on marketing execution with strategic brand development. This role is responsible for taking new products from concept to market—conducting research, defining brand positioning, planning go-to-market activities, and executing all supporting deliverables across digital channels.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy for New Products
Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and audience profiling for new product launches.
Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and brand narratives.
Contribute to SWOT insights and market assessment to support strategic recommendations.
Build GTM launch plans covering all channels—digital, content, social, email, collateral, and promotions.
Present strategy recommendations clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
2. Digital Marketing Execution
Execute end-to-end marketing deliverables for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
Produce and coordinate creative assets including :
Social media tiles and posts
Brochures, flyers, and product collateral
Video content (short-form edits, product explainers, feature highlights)
Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Support email campaigns, website updates, and landing page content aligned with GTM plans.
3. Content Creation & Creative Collaboration
Translate strategy into actionable content briefs and creative direction.
Work closely with designers, video editors, and other creatives to produce premium-quality campaign assets.
Review all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strong attention to detail.
Maintain brand quality across all visuals, copy, and digital executions.
4. Campaign Coordination & Project Ownership
Take loose or high-level briefs and independently build structured plans and deliverables.
Manage deadlines, production schedules, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure marketing assets and launch activities are delivered on time and aligned with product goals.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep projects moving smoothly.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track the performance of campaigns, social channels, videos, and other GTM assets.
Provide simple, actionable performance reports (KPIs, insights, recommendations).
Identify opportunities to refine messaging, creative, or targeting based on data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of professional marketing experience with a focus on creative execution. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of visual design principles—typography, composition, and layout. Proven experience creating videos and graphics from scratch (not reliant on templates). Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution. Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong creative vision with excellent execution ability. Highly dependable, organized, and responsive communicator. Confident working independently and directly with clients. Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement. Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple deadlines. Nice to Have : Experience in digital marketing strategy, paid ad coordination, or analytics. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace). Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
