Purchase Order Specialist (Expeditor)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year college course, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as an Expeditor or in a related role (Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and adjust hours when necessary
• Able to perform regular office activities such as sitting, typing, reading, and using a computer
• Comfortable working in standard office conditions with no strenuous physical demands

Job Summary

The Expeditor is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers to ensure product delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Craig International. The role involves generating weekly expediting reports, escalating overdue purchase orders (POs), and maintaining on-time delivery without exceptions.
