Job descriptionAct as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations. Present actionable insights and complex technical concepts in a clear manner. Coach and develop associates, fostering talent growth and providing performance feedback. Influence strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and support business development initiatives. Lead initiatives that promote inclusiveness, service quality, and firm-wide collaboration. Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related discipline (preferably BSA); other relevant degrees acceptable. Minimum 3 years of relevant finance consulting experience, including supervisory duties. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow / Green / Black) are desirable. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements. Proficiency in finance process mapping, data cleanup, forecasting, and financial close. Experience with consolidation, cost accounting, performance management, and finance transformation. Knowledge of finance technology tools, automation, and digitalization initiatives. Advanced Excel, reporting dashboards, and data analysis capabilities. Business Finance Consultant – Senior Associate

SGV is looking for a Business Finance Consultant – Senior Associate to join our Finance practice. In this role, you will support finance transformation initiatives, provide guidance to engagement teams, and help deliver high-value solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial process analysis, assessment, design, and implementation.
- Support controlling excellence projects, including cost accounting, financial closing, and consolidation.
- Develop performance management solutions with reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Identify opportunities to enhance finance technology through automation and digitalization.
- Lead finance and business transformations that drive best practice and cost efficiency.
- Provide PMO services for significant finance projects.
- Deliver finance operations and support to client teams.
