Job descriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Supervisor, responsible for accomplishing data entry tasks in accordance with the client’s quality requirements and specifications Accurately enter order information into the client’s system according to project requirements Review data for accuracy before moving to the next step to ensure high-quality results Follow standard procedures and work instructions to ensure smooth workflow Attend required training sessions to stay updated on job expectations Report any technical issues (e.g., system, machine, or network problems) to the supervisor for prompt resolution Comply with all company rules, policies, and standards on quality, security, safety, and environment Address any audit findings or corrective actions within the required timeframe Report any security concerns or weaknesses as they arise

Job Type : Full-time
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related course, preferably Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Management
- 2–3 years of solid experience in Accounts Payable, handling either local or international clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
