About the Role :

As our Team Success Supervisor, youll play a vital role in leading, coaching, and managing our remote Virtual Assistant team. In this position, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of Virtual Assistants, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. Youll ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.
• Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
• Attend 2-3 in-person collaborative sessions per week with the core team to strategize, discuss team progress, and plan initiatives that promote continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
• Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
• Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.
