JOB REQUIREMENT

✨Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field

✨Knowledgeable in DOLE, PEZA

✨Knowledgeable in Data Privacy Act

✨Amendable to work on site in Batangas

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✨Oversee end-to-end hiring processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

✨Ensure employees are trained on chemical safety, handling procedures, and environmental compliance

✨Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management.

✨Control costs related to manpower, facilities, and administrative services.

✨Draft and implement HR and administrative policies tailored to the chemical industry.
