Monday to Thursday : 8 : 45 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (8 : 45 PM – 5 : 00 AM Manila Time)
Friday : 8 : 45 AM – 3 : 45 PM EST (8 : 45 PM – 3 : 45 AM Manila Time)

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise across both the back end and front end , including .NET Core, C#, React, and SQL-based systems . You’ll play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-quality applications—crafting clean, efficient APIs, optimizing data flows, and creating intuitive, responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams in both 1 : 1 and group settings to deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performance software that drives real impact.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, manage, and maintain both backend systems using .NET Core and C# and frontend interfaces using React.

Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and scalable data models.

Develop and maintain Web APIs and backend services to support seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Implement and enhance front-end features in React, ensuring responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences.

Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to designing scalable, maintainable full-stack solutions.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and data integrity across applications from front end to back end.

Collaborate effectively with team members through 1 : 1 meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional planning to maintain alignment and momentum.

Work closely with QA and frontend / backend teams to deliver robust, end-to-end product functionality.

Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and adhere to clean coding and best engineering practices.

Support CI / CD pipelines and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and Web API development (5+ years)

Front-end development experience with React, including building reusable components, managing state, and integrating with backend APIs.

Advanced SQL Server knowledge and experience with data modeling.

Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, or large-scale database systems.

Proven experience managing backend processes, writing unit tests, and delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Ability to collaborate effectively in both 1 : 1 meetings and team stand-ups.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and end-to-end data flows between frontend and backend.

Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and modern development workflows.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture and clean code principles.

Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud services (optional).

Background in enterprise-level data synchronization or reporting systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
