Lead Multimedia Designer

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of multimedia designers; manage workflows, SOPs, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient creative operations.
• Creative Strategy : Direct creative concepts and multimedia campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives; translate briefs and market insights into impactful visual solutions.
• Creative Direction : Oversee design, illustration, editing, and animation work; review and approve outputs to maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards.
• Software Expertise : Utilize and promote proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools to enhance creative production.
• Client Engagement : Lead creative pitches and presentations; communicate design rationale and deliver business-aligned creative concepts.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on design, marketing, and digital trends; foster team growth through training and knowledge sharing.
