Job description

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ayala Makati)

Shift Schedule : Night shift

Requirements :

  • College Graduate
  • CPA (Preference)
  • Preparation of Journal Entries
  • Balance Sheet
  • General Ledger Management
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Financial Reporting
  • Preparation of Invoices
  • Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
  • Financial Analysis
  • Inventory Reporting
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities :

  • Supervision and Training :   Manage and direct inventory staff, providing training and guidance on best practices and company policies.
  • Inventory Control Procedures :   Implement and maintain inventory control procedures for receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory.
  • Inventory Audits and Reconciliation :   Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory.
  • Inventory Management :   Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and make recommendations for adjustments.
